PALS - A New Service Offered by All Star Recovery

Phoenix Arizona Lender Services (PALS) is a division of All Star Recovery LLC that provides collection services to lienholders that want their accounts door knocked and resolved, rather than having their collateral repossessed.

Through a field call, we are able to obtain information on behalf of the lienholder that they may not have. For example, the type of dwelling their customer lives in (i.e., single-family residence, apartment complex). Does the residence have a garage, carport, or is the apartment complex a gated community? Possibly, the residence may be empty or their customer has not lived at the residence for some time.

If the collateral is at the residence, we will be able to provide the lienholder with the color of their collateral, and plate and the general condition of the collateral. Upon request, we can provide them with a detailed condition report and/or digital pictures of their collateral. Digital pictures can be e-mailed or printed for the lienholder. We are able to print color photos in-house for our customers.

We make every effort to put the lienholder’s customer on the phone at the time of the field call. If the customer is not home, a letter is left at the door to contact the lienholder.
